Two-Way Interactive Audio Verification provides hands-free communication throughout your home directly to the monitoring center- without the need of you answering a telephone call. The alarm system has a speaker and microphone that allow audio monitoring or two-way conversations with a Monitronics operator when an alarm signal is detected.
Utilizing this technology the operator can quickly identify and confirm the emergency, resulting in faster, higher-priority response by the authorities-even when you cannot get to a telephone.
